I had my brakes (front & reTar) along with a new left front axle.

When I picked my car up, my ABS & Traction Control light was on.

Is there any quick fix for this or do I have to take it to the dealership?

The place that fixed my car turned out to be worthless and didn't know what to do!

Look at the backside of the wheels. Each one has an electrical connector that plugs into the wheel speed sensor. If any one of them was unplugged or knocked loose, the ABS will be deactivated and the light will illuminate. Deactivating the ABS also will deactivate the TC. My guess is a loose or disconnected plug(s).

You should either make them fix it or pay for the cost of having a competent mechanic fix it. It's outrageous for them to turn it back to you with idiot lights lit up.

It could be as simple as an unplugged sensor, or they may have put the wrong sensor (part of the bearing assembly) in it. I know in 2001 there were two types of sensors that are NOT interchangeable.
