Howdy. This is michigan caddy. I have brake issues with my 93 cadillac deville with the 4.9l pfi. When I hit the brakes it pulls to the left. In one instance the the passenger side front brakes stuck and got so hot you couldn't touch the rim. This tells me a caliper may need replacing. So I bought all the stuff to get r done. But wait. There's more. Periodically there is a noise under the hood when the car is off. A little research told me that this is possibly an ABS motor which if faulty can cause spiradic brake malfunction. Is it possible that the faulty Abs motor is causing my brake issues? The abs light is on.

No.
Sounds like stuck calipers or collapsed brake hose.
ABS pump should not run when the ignition is off.
Define 'noise'.

the noise is coming from that cylinder . Sounds like a pump. The vehicle can be off for an hour and it will still sound off in periodic 10 second bursts

That's the level ride air pump.
You've got a leak in the lines running to the shocks.

Not really...other than running your battery down.
For now, just disconnect it.

this is a level ride air pump for the 93. It has to be something different. I'm not a car guy so I'm probably not explaining things correctly.

Usually they're back by the gas tank, but I've seen them in the engine bay.
Never seen more than one, though.
