Last week when I was stuck in the Cadillac/Pontiac dealership getting my cooling system flushed, etc. I sat down and talked with my salesman friend and he said one place Pontiac really could use a car is the mid-size convertible. He said that the Sebring and Solara really "clean up" in this niche.

Are they out already?! I saw the coupe last night. Sharp looking car. We compared it to the Charger because both have a 3.5 L V6, but the Charger got better mpg according to the sticker.

I don't think its out yet (early 2006).....but I think this should sell well unless they priced it too high.
That Karmann designed retractable hardtop should be slick!

I really like that new Saturn Sky (I can't believe I am saying this.....but I would consider buying one!)

That G6 'Vert is plain downright UGLY ! @$$ end jacked up in the air, looking like it wearing 20" tires in the back & 14" in the front. Ugly front, too. Not a nice line on it. I'll take a Sebring anyday over it. Better yet a Mustang GT 'Vert

well yeah, it suffers from the Solara_butt......still not a bad design.....neutral and clean, very mainstream....

Huh...the Saturn looks purty bad @$$...the G6 or whatever it is fugly in the back, I agree...never liked that rear end design...

The Sebring really got ugly in 2004 when they added the oversized grille. I want the sleek 1996 body to return with a spruced up interior and 250hp.

I just read on carconnection that they are going to sell Saturn in Europe now, or die trying.

If your planning to buy a Saturn SKY, I would wait and save up until you could afford the Mallet LS2 conversion. It's gonna be sick. :burn:
