Anyone else experiencing similar problems:
- I seem to have to adjust the temperature all the time (it's either too hot or too cold).
- There seems to be a significant difference in noise level between the fan in the OFF position versus the fan in the first notch up (i.e. - the lowest setting). It isn't quite so noticeable when driving, but if you're parked, and you switch between those two settings, it's pretty noisy.
- The lowest fan setting seems to blow too much air all the time. I'm constantly turning the fan off (even though there is still a small amount of air coming out probably for circulation purposes).

I have the exact same issue. It's always too cold or too hot and the fan speed control on it's lowest setting is TOO DAMN FAST and too damn noisy!
Our 2013 Premium Escalade's HVAC system was WAY better than the 2015's. I don't know why Cadillac doesn't test these things out in a focus group of some sort before giving us crap. $85K for an SUV and it has this type of annoying garbage?? Unacceptable to say the least! When will GM ever learn that they need to start paying attention to the little details that the meticulous luxury buyer is going to stumble upon? GM needs to hire people like me that look for little things like this and brings it to their attention so they can fix it before it hits the general public. They better fix the HVAC issue sooner than later. Their Engineers are not doing a top notch job on the little things that matter to people like us!

GM ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS half asses stuff on all their cars! I have been a GM buyer since the mid-90's and it never fails! They go 80% and half ass 20% of their cars and the 20% is what the buyer notices the most and is what annoys the buyer the most. Sorry for the rant, but the Escalade should be close to perfect for what GM is charging for them. Just saying!

I also keep getting a red message at the bottom of the CUE screen that keeps saying the communication of the climate control system has been lost. GM has really messed up with the K2XX platform SUVs. Pure shit in my book!
