Hi I have 2000 deville my ac runs cool but not cold I checked the pressure on the low port and it's around 55psi I've been doing some research and I'm getting mixed feedback on this pressure some site say it's to hi some say to low some say it's fine I have a freon charge should I use it!

Freon in a can sith gauge are worthless. Without a set of gauges showing high and low pressure it's hard to diagnose. There are table online(google search) that will show llw and high pressure based on temp and humidity.

55 psi on the low side is high.

Low side should be around 30-35 psi.
High side should be about 2-2.5 times the ambient temperature.

WAY too high - if the compressor is running -
and too low if it is the static pressure -
