Hi all,
I have a ‘94 Sedan DeVille with a 4.9. When I press on the accelerator, the airflow decreases significantly. When the airflow decreases (almost non-existent) I can still hear the a/c, just can’t feel anything  . When coasting, air blows at full force. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

You have a vacuum leak. The air flow is being diverted to the defrost vents (default position). The parking brake release diaphragm is on that same vacuum circuit and is a common fault. Check it first, then work your way back to the firewall supply line.
