The part numbers for the 99 are 25699468 Right, 25699467 left... Don't ask me how I know.... but if its ball joints you need to replace, you can do them without replacing the arms.

The part number for the right match what I got, but the left I got 88967801.
Any idea what the difference?

The number is probaby superceded, OEM's and aftermarkets do this all the time, a call to a GM dealer will probably confirm which number is correct.
