99 Eldorado Cd player Static ?

Have a 99 ETC but only sometimes I hear static in all the speakers at the end of a song going into the next song. I take CD in and out and then goes away. Already had Caddy dealer install new radio but problem has come back. Any help/ideas? Thanks
