Finally i did all myself, so here some pictures.

1st i did the lower control arm bushing, i remove the old rubber and clean all the metal (i sand blasted and do a powder coating on the arm), then i turn 2 aluminum mold to get all in perfect position, i use RTV sealant to get all sealed perfectly, and i use special coating on the steel to be sure the polyurethane bonded strongly on the steel sleeve, and of course use unmolding compound on the mold :

On the top i add a ring to be able to fill more poly :

And the result :

So result look really good, i install the arm on the car and all look fine until now.
I use Shore 65A who is the hardness of the original rubber, and it is not too hard, so it can twist like rubber and don't need any lubricant.
(the little red spot is RTV, was just not completely clean when i take the pictures).

So next is the insulator, i build a mold out of wood at the exact size, i cover it with the 3M plastic tape to get a smooth surface that can be unmolded easily, and use again RTV to do the sealant, i put a insert on the middle for the shape of the retainer and i build a transparent cover, so i first put the poly in the mold really at maximum, then i install the cover so in this way i get minimum of air bubble, and then i add the rest of poly.
Unmolding was really easy after 24h, and i use shore 55A for this insulator (oem was 40A but i don't have, 55A will be perfect too).
And i build 2 news retainer out of stainless steel, so no more rust for this one and cost me nothing (just the work to make the good shape and weld it).
Last was to cut chamfer on each corner to match the shape of the retainer, and after installing back the crossmember, all is just perfect, really smooth ride, and this poly will last forever.

And voila, i have a full new rear end, i install a new air compressor, new set of shock absorber from Arnott, new brake line..... the car is like new now (fresh rebuilt engine....)
