I come out to the car and unlock the car with my key and the alarm goes off. And continues to go off while I'm stepping out the car, locking it back and unlocking it all with my key. Do I have an issue coming in my near future

It sounds like you have an issue now.
It should know when you use the key to unlock the door and not trip the alarm.
