After cleaning outer o-ring on the fuel pressure regulator and cleaning the fuel pressure relief valve, (both of which were leaking) my engine ran extremely rough. When I checked for loose vacuum lines and even pulled one to see whether the engine would change, nothing seemed to check out. The codes include P0300, P0302, P0304, P0306, and P0135 which was there before all of this occurred. I've had this thing apart before and it never did anything. Any help would be appreciated.

edit: The other codes were: P1890 (throttle position sensor) and P1700 (Transmission control module).

Gave in and took it to the dealer. Said it was the coil. Part # 9118115. And charged 170.00 for the diagnostic :-(.

I should also note that we were able to clean the corrosion off the ground on the coil and the cylinders fired right back up.

Have same CEL codes (P0300, P0302, P0304, P0306) Is the coil (cylinders 2, 4, 6) replacement/corrosion cleaning a difficult thing to do by oneself? Thanks.
