TSB's or Technical Service Bulletins are communications from division to dealerships. The service manual(s) don't get updated as they are published as a resource, not a communication. All updated information is on the dealership network. What you have is sufficient.

are supplemments available for 98 sts service manuals? just bought a set off e bay, and was wondering how much difference there is between the two editions
