TSB's or Technical Service Bulletins are communications from division to dealerships. The service manual(s) don't get updated as they are published as a resource, not a communication. All updated information is on the dealership network. What you have is sufficient.

There are a few update to the 1998 Seville FSM. I had them printed out a while ago, one of them was on Fuel Pressure readings. I will try and print them out again on Monday if I can, and will scan them in for you.
