Hey whats up I bought some headlights off of ebay, $150 for the pair :D. One has water marks inside of the headlight. How can I remove this without damaging the headlight :bomb:. I have heard you can remove the lens by putting it in the oven does anyone know about this method? :suspect:

i have a 98 sls.. am interested in what you are calling waterspots..

Mine have a sun fading strip across the top...does THAT sound familiar ??

I will be doing whatever it takes to get rid of that...I figure the plastic
part HAS to separate from the lens housing..it makes my car look aged.

The rest is like new..

I am talking about the actual lens that is made of glass. The inside of it has waterspots that I really want to get rid of. Let me know. Thanks E
