98 eldorado, blower not working. fuse and relay OK. Where can I get a wiring diagram and/or what should I look for?Climate control says a/c ref. low. blower control will show from lo to high.????????

You'll need a FSM or a subscription to Alldatdiy for a schematic. Most likely a bad blower. Rather common. Enough so that they where redesigned.

Can I replace this blower fan with another two piece one from a salvage yard without tilting the motor forward?
