the blower motor is working fine, however, it is making groaning sounds, while in operation. The higher the fan speed the more obnoxious its sounds. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks..........

I don't know if this would make any difference but: is the air-tube connected to the blower-motor housing?

I would suspect the bearing is getting dry and will only get worse untill it fails. If it is the OEM blower you can take it apart in place and pull the armeture out. I think you might be able to lube the bearings then. Never really looked when I replaced mine. Just threw it away.

Gibbs oil will clean it and lube it if your so inclined to save it's life.
