The fabric covering the close out on the left side that hides the seat belt tensioner is coming off. How do I remove this part so I can repair it then reinstall it.

Are you talking about the B pillar fabric cover that goes from just above plastic to ceiling?
There are push fasteners at top and a couple in between, it lifts off the plastic. The plastic tabs will break holding the fasteners especially at the top IIRC. I haven't been able to find new clips(they're some weird design) so I modified others to fit.
If can wait for a bit(morning probably) I'll try and find old one and take pic for you of the back(it's in barn loft and it's 101 out right now).

2 at top and one in middle, plastic is brittle and clip spots break and or clips fall down inside plastic sill pieces. They will rattle like hell if not put back properly.
