My 97 DeVille horn keeps going off won't shut up I've tried the valet in the glove box I've tried cranking it I've tried the key in the door is still continues to go off I have no key fob and it's all original there are no aftermarket parts someone please help me before this gets me killed by my neighbors

I recommend getting a remote fob -
GM 16259819 - $25 on ebay -
YES - you CAN match the remote with the car yourself -

I had the same problem with my 96. The quick fix is to pull the fuse but you will lose other electrical features (if memory serves me the trunk latch was on the same circuit) There was a broken wire in the pressure sensor which is inside of the drivers airbag that was causing my horn to sound. I didn’t replace it (because that would be the whole airbag assembly) I just disconnected that half of the sensor. Problem solved (half way at least).
