I have a 96 Seville SLS and I am having trouble with the turn signals. They work when they want to work. Sometimes they work ok, sometimes not at all, sometimes they blink real fast or real slow. I have changed every bulb back and front and checked the fuse. Often times when they do work they make a buzz as they blink. Has anyone had this problem or know what I should do next?

this sounds like the relay, pull up on the plastic piece that covers your fuses now on the backside of that there should be a diagram of what relays are what if there corroded or worn out they wont work or will work erratically. go to an auto parts store get some new ones and pop them in. on my 96 sts it was very deceptive because they where all in a block together wrapped with electrical tape looking like one piece. cut the tape off but dont forget to put it back those popping out when your driving can be very bad. hope this helps

by the way the ground if that is the issue go from the negative side of the battery to the front header panel, or behind of where your headlights are there maybe more spots but thats the one im familiar with. they will always be on the negative side of the system though so just follow you negative line.
