Dollars to doughnuts they're branded "AC Delco" and made by Robert Bosch in Germany.

1996 - variety of sources - if bought from a GM dealership will be packaged "AC Delco" and the country of origin will be noted on the packaging.

Note the countries on these "AC Delco" parts - Japan. Germany, China - Very little "AC Delco" is made in the U.S. - it's all sourced by contract from hundreds of worldwide suppliers.
