Looking for the best solution to fix a small leak in a 95 SLS radiator,
The radiator has a small leak just under the top on the passenger side on the inside of the engine compartment. Just about an inch below the top hose

It's 14 years old. Why patch it? Side tanks are replacable if that's where the leak is, but I'd replace the radiator at this point.

The fix is to replace the radiator.
The place it's leaking is the one that most begin to leak.
I paid $150 for a radiator and $80 to have it installed.
Haven't looked back since.

Good call on the above posts...just had my radiator replaced with a small leak in the exact position you described. Dealer price was considerably higher than described above, but that is the fix.
