I have a 95 DeVille with 225/R70 15 tires. I have a new set of 205/R60 15's in the garage would I be able to use them on the Caddy? Or they to narrow and to low?

Go to www.tirerack.com and look up the specs for the two tires. If the outside diameter difference is greater than about .25" you introduce speedo and powertrain errors, and if the section heights and widths aren't fairly close you get fenderwell rubbing and ride problems.

Given the major size differences in those two tires, you should not run the smaller tire.

The driver's door sticker will give you the recommended tire size for your particular car.
