My driver's door handle (exterior) on my 95 DeVille broke yesterday ( the rear arm that pivots into the door appears to have snapped). Any advice on the repair process? Is this a major undertaking or is it relatively simple once I locate a replacement handle? There appear to be two plastic plugs under the handle. If I remove them, does that give access to remove the handle, etc? Or does this have to be approached from the inside?

Not sure but I would think you have to access it from inside.
