94 deville wont shift

Okay guys I've looked through the Forum as best as I could and didn't find anything regarding my issue so here it is

I have a 94 deville 4.9L it will not shift I have to ship the vehicle manually but here's the catch it will not shift manually or start out in low gear I have 2nd 3rd and Overdrive

Okay so this is what I've done to try and figure out what's wrong with this amazing vehicle
First thing I did was plugged into the OBD one and there are 0 codes for the transmission. Only one I got was regarding the EGR valve and I knew that was going anyway.
So because the car isn't throwing any codes I started going to the fuse box thinking that maybe there's a fuse blown somewhere and that's causing an issue don't have any blown fuses. heard on another forum the plug on top of the transmission underneath the air box can get corroded and cause a shifting issue so I cleaned the that plug no change.
And because there were no codes thrown for the transmission that tells me the shift sensors solenoids are not bad therefore I've come to the conclusion that I may need a new transmission
My next question is does anybody know if the 4t60e trans can be swapped with other gm models eg. Buick or Pontiac
as all of us Cadillac owners know as soon as you say Cadi the price triples
At this point I'm dumbfounded not sure whether I should invest in either a new transmission or just a sh** can old girl

I'll buy it. (just kidding) When I bought my 92 it would only take off in 2nd gear because it had a blown fuse. In that generation the trans and AC were on the same maxi fuse. If the AC compressor seizes then it blows a fuse and you lose 1st gear. I'm not sure if it is the same in 94 but I can't imagine they would change anything for the last 2 years of the 4.9. The fuse locations are usually in the owners manual.

I believe that fuse was behind the kick panel, underneath the glove box. But, if your A/C is operational then that won't be it. I don't think you can get the transmission from other makes than Cadillac. Even though they were the same model of transmission the different makes used different gear/final drive configurations.

They could have stopped coupling the trans with the AC compressor in 94. It may have it's own fuse in 94. This is where the FSM can save you some money. I don't know what else would make 1st gear disappear all of a sudden except for the common blown fuse problem. Maybe google could find a thread somewhere with the exact problem on a 94.
