'94-'97 SLS Door Trim

1298 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  MACTICULOUS
Hello,
I am going on 16 and am strongly considering buying a 1994-1997 SLS. The one complaint I have about the SLS is the grey door trim as opposed to the wood of the STS. Is there any possible way to replace the grey trim with some trim from an STS? Any other tips about this model of SLS would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 99 SLS that has the dark blue interior. It has wood in it but I wanted more just like you. The strips that I replaced would have been $125 or so each if I got them from a dealership but I bought them from a dealership out in California for $80 each. The following is the sight for the deal in CA.

Just go to your local dealership, have them pull up the part numbers for the pieces that you want and write them down, call the CA dealer, read them the part numbers and order. Make sure that you compare the prices. I'm in NY, so the prices were hiked up alot. The CA dealer said that was common for dealerships in Ny and FL. Good luck and let us know how it works out for you. By the way, :welcome: to the forum.
