Hi.
My name is Lillo, and I live in Sweden.
A friend of mine imported a used Cadillac Seville 1993 from USA to Sweden.
The question is, does my friend need to rust-protect the Cadillad, or does the car have a rust-protection already.??

Welcome aboard, rejsbo....

The caddy has pretty good rust protection..... The best thing you can do is keep her clean, and wax her regularly..... Anything else isnt really worth the money, and most other procedures go from the inside, so surface rust would still be possible......

And besides, constant washing/waxing makes the caddy look better
