53 is distributor signal interrupt
55 is closed throttle
70 intermittent tps signal

So the last two having random problems

Days one car battery was at 8v tried to jump start it would t change over unless gas pressed
So I unplugged my car PC from CIG charger

Day two battery wasn't dead but still had to press gas to get it started
After parked I unplugged my carpc and my leveling system I have a small leak in my right strut

So here's the update I unplugged the car PC the leveling system let the csr sit 5 hours checked the voltage 11.9 so it started up but gave a Lil studder but it started I checked the voltage at idling at a stop sign it was 11.1-11.5 so I went to kragen bad battery. So on first crank its at14.0 and idle 13.8 .so I'm need to figure out how to fix the e70 code any thoughts

It's strange that changing the battery had that effect on charging voltage.
You have to do a bit of trouble shooting to find out why you're getting that e70 code. It doesn't necessarily mean the TPS is bad it means that the car isn't always getting a signal. Could be the part, bad connection, bad wire somewhere.

True but the old battery couldn't take a load after the CaR was off if I had the car in acc it would drop to the 11.7 area and after the Leveler kicked in and I would be at 11.4 .over time I guessed the battery got weak. I'm take it into the shop and get it diag. I checked the connections on the distributor cap and the two snap connections where in place .so the manual also said my ignition coil could be bad too as for my tps ever since my old one went bad I swapped it out not knowing it had to be adjusted so my ICS and my tps have been alil off

Yes it should it would be at let's say at a red light and do tht but since I swapped the battery out days ago the voltage has been up. I swaaped my A month ago when I came out to a dead battery and I thought it was my alt. Draining my battery. I thought it was a bad voltage regulator
