Before I change, i was wondering which one is the better pick, the 92mm LS2 TB or a lingenfelter ported ls6. I will only be running headers to tips exhaust, CAI, and a W4M PCM. If I run a 92mm are there any issues with direct bolt up, anything else needed?

You havent done your homework at all...

What is your current setup? (MODS)

What do you want, peak torque or peak horsepower?
Headers, CAI and W4M tune.

He's looking for easy bolt-ons. I too have been starting to look into the LS2 throttle body on the LS6 intake. I know you need a adapter harness but not sure what the snout size is on the LS6. If it needs modification or not I think is what he's asking.

The LS6 is about 80mm...

You are better off upgrading to the FAST 92 intake and scoring a ported LS2 TB.

I would keep the stock TB till you install a cam, and or heads...Your gains will be minimal if done now with a loss of torque and hp in some places...

The larger TBs are for those with higher air demands. Ie Larger cam, Intake runners in heads, or Higher RPM range

The 103mm is a waste of money on stock setup...UNLESS you get a 376 or larger engine...

I appreciate the clarity, I am just looking for soem easy bolt ons and for less than $250 I can replace the TB, even it I only see <10 horse and its just throttle response. I saw that the LS2 TB was larger and was curious on how easy, if at all, it could be bolted to the LS6 intake. I have no plans of running a cam/heads/valvetrain work or replacing the intake.

It wont bolt up. You need to get the TPIS snout conversion for LS6>LS2 before it will. Naf said it too, 90mm-6.0 L and 78mm-5.7L for a reason. P&P your current TB or buy my spare brand new BBk 80mm drive-by-wire lol.
