92 deville blower motor keeps running

I have looked all over the net regarding this problem. looks like I should replace the blower control module and motor itself..but where in the world is the module...is it behind the glovebox..is it under the hood...if I follow the wires from the motor they go to a harness that looks like it goes through the firewall..so can I assume it is behind the glovebox.. I am not a mechanic and I thought I may be able to replace the module myself if I could only find it.
Do Cadillac dealers still have this part and how much does it cost and is there a part number...any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Joe
