I'm thinking heater core I can hear water running behind dash. Like a trickling sound. But no smell still it does feel oily and is dirty water can leak from their I mean I low you fill the car 50/50 antifreeze and water but I thought it mixed together to make one solution it didn't know it could separate. Or am I misunderstanding. These are my symptoms
1. Oily clear substance leaking on both passenger and driver front side under dash

2. Can hear a trickling sound like running water behind dash.

3. Very poor and sluggish acceleration.

4. Antifreeze reservoir is losing liquid no visible leaks in front of car or under where I park

Any ideas

Bad heater core and/or inlet/outlet barb(s) - based on your observed coolant loss.

Once mixed, 50/50 coolant does not separate. Coolant should feel a bit "oily". It's also poisonous, although its greatest effect is on household pets. Ethylene glycol.

May not be of help. But, I'm subscribing.
