i have a 91 DeVille, 4 door, 4.9L, i did the complete tune-up, also changed radiator and thermostat(190), in the summertime, heater warmed up, now that its cold it don't get hot,, would i have have to repurge the system or what.......i did do a complete flush even the heater core,,,,,what could be my problem

Any air in the system should have purged by now I would suspect. Did you replace the "T" fitting?

since i don't know which "T", probably not, but i did have the heater working a couple of months ago..., where would the "T" be located at!!!!

Just follow the heater hose. It will lead you to the "T". If you haven't fooled with it or replaced it, it is not the problem.
