there are tabs on the door panel, 8 screws i think, one behind each light on the door , two under all the switches, you gotta pop that out (CAREFULLY!) then you have to get a door panel popper to get the lil tabs, then peel hte paper back, get the plastic PVC piece that brakes, or the piece that goes into the tape with the ball in the socket and put it onto the track. you can snap it right in if you do it right. otherwise glass tilted foreward, pull up and out of window, put new plastic thing on the ball, slide the window in slowly, line the track onto the plastic, and line the window onto the track. takes me fifteen minutes tops, but then again ive done it on a bunch of cars already.
