Anyone use this incentive on a leased 09' CTS? If so, could you please list the sticker price on your leased 09' CTS and your payment amounts? I do not have a trade-in and was wondering what kind of numbers you folks were experiencing. THANKS for any input.

Re: $K lease incentive

We looked at this a month ago. Since GM is not doing leases they were using US Bank, I think, but the interest rate was 7.82%. If you use an independent lease company (my brother owns one) you should get 4.5%. Also use a lower cap cost (not counting the 7K), because there is some fleet $$. So the payment would be about $85 less just with the lower interest.

Cadillac quoted $699 / mo; 48 months @ 12K /yr. MSRP $50,100. Then they discounted $1,495 + 7,000; residual of 37% = $18,537. If you use a lower interest rate the savings would be about $4K plus another $1K for the reasons below.

Other reasons NOT to use them:

Acquisition Fee $695. - Just profit.

Disp / Term Fee $395. - More profit.

Pur Opt Fee $350. - And More Profit!!!

So you could get a slightly lower payment with out all the BS.

We did find an 2008 CTS DI with everything & ended up leasing for the business write off.

Got one last week, 09 CTS DI AWD Black Raven w/Ebony interior and Premium package (along with polished 18" wheels and spare tire).

MSRP: $51,395
-GMS discount price: $46,600
-Customer cash ($2k): $44,600
-Lease incentive ($7k): $37,600

My lease amount is $547/mo, with tax is $579, with added tire/wheel coverage is $602.

Great deal on a great car in my opinion. I was waiting for the 2010 SHO until I got this deal.

$579 is a killer deal on a $51K car.

On the other hand i didn't even know you could option a CTS that high.
I don't think it offers $51K in value.

Yeah, with price increases over the last year, and all the options, it is easy to move north of 50k. Compare it with a 3 series with the same options and it is still cheaper. Add GMS employee pricing, and the deal looks even better.
