Got 3 yesterday. The other got split up somewhere in transit. Pull 2 out and they look very good. I went with the platinum wheels, looks like jewels. Pulled the 3rd out and the interior chrome is crap. Looked like 80 grit sandpaper that had been chromed. Fired off an email with pics and wasn't expecting anything for a while. I received a phone call about 5 minutes later. Long story short they're sending another one out with no charge to send the other one back. Very impressed with customer service. Just hope the 4th one arrives looking as good as the other 2. I got the OK to mount the bad one until the replacement arrives. Getting the Destination STs on them.

Worst fears happened. The other wheel had the bad chrome. But a quick call had another wheel on the way. QC might be a little lacking but customer service has been great.
Being I was a wheel manufacturer, it's sad when someone can not look in the box before they ship them, I understand they are not made or boxed in this country, but just open the box, hate receiving broken or damaged goods.

I agree. I can understand if this only happens once in a blue moon and their manufacturer has had a great track record but 2 out of 4 wheels with finish issues. Considering that a large chunk of their profits are being burned up by replacing 2 of my wheels, I hope they start checking

I ordered over the new year holiday but they shipped them next next business day. 4 business days for 3, 5 days for the 4th. I am in their longest delivery time zone, though.

As an aside, the 2 good wheels needs 3 and 5 1/2oz weights (total of 1.5 and 2.5 oz of sticker weights) to balance them out. The 2 bad rims needed 10 and 15 of the 1/2 weights! I know it's a crap shoot with the knock off rims for balance so there is a chance when I get properly finished rims in they may need that much, but I was pretty impressed with the 3 and 5 weights. I have my stock centercaps on for now. I may put the usarim caps together and try them out.

Are those nittos? If so how do you like them
Firestone destination STs. Tread pattern is pretty close to the nittos. As for liking them, only had them for a few miles of driving. We did have a downpour today and they didn't skip a beat. Heading to WV next Wednesday to go ski so I should encounter some snow and ice. 9 hrs each way of driving including several in the mountains should give me a good idea about them.
