I don't know about y'all, but the dealership kept telling me that the 125-page booklet that comes with the CT5-V was the owner's manual, even though the booklet repeatedly states, "see owner's manual". So, I did some research and here is how you can access/order a complete owner's manual.

The complete Owner's Manual is no longer included with the purchase of a new Cadillac, below are ways you can access/order:

1. You can select "owner's manual" on My Cadillac app in your vehicle
2. You can go to the Cadillac website here and download it here
3. You can scan the QR code that's on the front of the small "condensed" manual that comes with the vehicle

If you are like me and want a printed copy, if you purchased your vehicle new you can contact Cadillac Support and request one be sent to you. Depending on when you purchased your vehicle you may be able to get it sent for free.

Hope this helps

Yeah this is very recent and it's the vast majority of new vehicles. AFAIK, a printed OM will not be sent to us for free but rather has to be ordered and is $50 from Helm Inc. Also, there is currently no stock of OMs for a 2025 CT5.

At $50 USD, I would print the sections I needed (fluid capacities, etc.) and load the entire pdf on a tablet. I also understand that GM is beginning to make these available through the infotainment menu and/or we can load them up to the vehicle so we can access them on screen.
