I was just reading on the Cadillac Website under the Super Cruise area that significant changes/upgrades are coming to Super Cruise in 2026. My question is, will these updates be available on my 2025 CT5? Or will they, because of the advent of new hardware, only be available on 2026 vehicles?

I'm not seeing any reports of additional hardware or wiring requirements so (in theory), it's "just" a software update. As to whether there will be a software update for pre-2026 models, there's no word on that yet.
The updates for Supercruise 2026 are actually hardware dependant 
they require a new visual processing unit and possibly cameras upgrades. Unfortunately this means they can't be made retroactive. It's a shame because the updates a re simple functionality that should already have existed, but from the looks of it GM cheaper out on the processor previously so now needs upgraded hardware to get it up to par.
