So yesterday randomly I noticed that the driver's side folding mirror closes and opens much slower than the passenger side folding mirror when locking/unlocking the car.

Can anyone else confirm if the same thing is happening with your Escalades? Is this normal or the is motor going bad for the driver-side mirror?

Yes, when I looked carefully one side takes 1-2 seconds longer than the other on mine.
