Has anyone else experience problems with their 2020 XT6, mines only has 29,300 miles, turned on my ac on last Sunday April 28, 2024 and the air was not blowing cold at all took it to the Cadillac dealership and they told me they needed to replace the air compressor because it was bad, my car has been in at the dealership since April 30 and I got it back on May 6, 2024 and my engine light came on May 7, 2024 and I took it back to dealership today May 8, 2024 for them to say they need to replace the catalytic converter, also when I put the car in reverse you can hear a noise like a cracking sound, but when I explained this to them they stated the technician didn't hear that noise at all. The brakes make a loud sound when applied, then the noise goes away (they said that is a feature on the car for dust buildup). Looking to find out if anyone is experiencing issues like this.

I'm sorry to hear about these issues. Does your vehicle still have warranty? My 2020 XT6 Sport has 45,000 miles and has had none of these issues so I can't help you there.
On the catalytic converter, that's an uncommon condition at such low mileage. Normally, when you get emission system error codes at low mileage it's an O2 sensor. Definitely an odd one.
Some have reported loud brakes. Are you talking about a squeal and does it only happen the first few times you apply the brakes after it's been parked for a while?
On the sound when in reverse. Does the car make the sound when you put it in reverse but before you release the brake or does it make the sound only after you release the brake and actually move in reverse? Also, does it make this sound under those conditions when on level ground? Does the sound appear every time you start the car and put it in reverse or is it only after the car has been parked for a while?

Already discussed above, you acknowledged. Thermostat failure per TSB. SHould be covered under Powertrain warranty. See the XT5 threads, seems to be common on this V6 engine.

My wife’s 2020 XT6 had no cold air, and steering degraded warning. The engine thermostat was the culprit. Pretty weird but it was fixed under warranty at 41,000 miles.
I had same issue in May 2024, only 56k miles. Took it in finally got ac working then windows wouldn’t roll and cruise control didn’t work got it all fixed. I started hearing a weird noise by the time dealer had a service appointment sound was no longer present 2 weeks later my ac isn’t blowing cool air, engine light is back on and it sounds like vehicle is struggling even when just on..
