I am needing a new motor for my 2013 ATS and I found a killer dear on one with only 29k miles. But its out of a 2018. Will it work? What are the differences?
2018 2.0t in a 2013?

2014 ATS cylinder 2 dead. Engine swap?
As the title says my cylinder 2 is dead. No coolant in oil or oil in coolant. Considering an engine swap since it appears to be the simplest fix, and Im reading a lot of these cars had/have similar issues. Question is can I put a 16-18 engine in my 2014 to attempt to avoid this happening again...

The 2018 has more TQ and is matted to a 8 speed trans.
