2017 ATS - No parts available from Cadillac

Anyone else waiting of back ordered parts from Cadillac? I took my car in July 2nd due to a grinding noise. Dealership says it’s the axle shafts. A month later and Cadillac still says they don’t have the parts?!?!?!
