Has anyone replaced the Torque-Convert, if so, why, and did it solve you problem.

when this occurs it acts like the clutch is slipping going into gear it starts to shift and slowly gets there. This happens when the engine is at low RPMs if I speed things up it works fine.

I did flush and change the fluid at a Cadillac Dealer, it changed the gears that were acting up from gears 2 and 3 to higher ones and they also act up when driving and the transmission automatically shifts up and down.

What does it act like if you put in manual and shift with paddles. Sounds like dealer didn't find any metal in filter or fluid.

I put it manual shift and the car shifts perfectly.
Going back over the history of this issue, it initially was having trouble in a lower gear starting from a red light it seemed intermittently to have problems going from gears 2 to 3. After the transmission fluid was flushed and changed by the dealer, the problem shifted to going from gears 3 to 4 or 4 to 5.
Do you think another transmission flush and change might help.

If it was torque converter I would thing you would feel a shutter but since fluid change problem seems to be 3 to 4 which in my mind valve body, now in this link to a TSB states 2 to 3. You can look at TSB see what you think.
