I've tried a variety of cd's and DVDs but none of them work. Meaning no auto play the screen in the back doesn't come on, nothing shows on the dash screen, nothing shows as available other than my phone when clicking Media.
When I do click the headrest icon on the dash it changes from a headrest icon to a headrest icon with headphones overlaying. I've messed around with the remote and the headphones to no avail.
The DVD screen is the one in the second row on the roof, not dual screens.
Any ideas? Would love to avoid a trip to the dealer if there's anything I can do on my end.
I had a 2015 one as well where I had the 4wd shifting issue, seems like I've had a run of bad luck here or the qc is slipping a bit.
