Hi not sure if in right post 2015 Cadillac cts 4 luxury awd CUE SCREEN DEAD.
Just posted in the rear end differential section a very informative post about a reimbursement for this common problem.
Now the VERY COMMON CUE SCREEN PROBLEM
40,500 miles on my 2015 cts out of warranty of course. Cadillac would rather replace the whole module ($1448 ) instead of just the screen $50 -$125. * Very Very COMMON PROBLEM *
Read most of the MANY posts on this and found many complaints and who to contact I also tried the department in GM for screens and they never even bothered to reply.
So did what I did with the common differential problem with these years Cadillacs.
I Filed a complaint with ( didn't see ANY posts doing this) with the Better Business Bureau OF DETROIT, GM got in touch WITH ME a couple days later and 1st offer was 15% off the cost, I said no they then said will try and get 50% and will get back to me. A few days later they called and asked if dealership got back to me with new estimate I said no they said you will be very happy with new estimate I called dealership and the cost for whole thing was going to be $150 they had part and i got it installed, the final cost for whole thing was $224 the added cost was for a new radio control assembly. A LOT Different than $1448. Maybe if more people start complaining to the BBB Instead of GM might just get better results to these common problems that we are getting with a CAR THEY SAY IS LUXURY > Which they can't say anymore because you wouldn't have these type of problems with a real luxury car.
