2014 XTS Nav is no longer connected due to 2G disconnected,

My question: Can the ON-Star equipment be replaced in 2014 XTS with newer equipment from a 2016-2018 XTS or can the equipment be purchased from suppliers on the Internet? Who could activate?

Hello group. I purchased a 2013 XTS Platinum trim about 3 months ago. My weather, GPS and traffic works. Doesn't the last two work with the SiriusXM package or am I just lucky?
