Is it dangerous? Got 12K miles and its getting louder when making turns.
Dealer says they've never seen these kind of rotors before.
Any body have this happen with 2013 or 2014 V?

Sounds to me like the normal issue of lugs not being torqued enough. Mine made the same noises at first, then I torqued them and never returned........

This is quite common actually

It is not the brakes popping. It is your PS2s (i.e. your tires) crabbing while turning in the cold. This is a known and legendary issue with the car and has been known since the 2009s first appeared in late 2008. This happened on my 2009 V and on my 2013 V.

It is nothing to worry about.

Another possibility is wheel clicking, which occurs because the interface between your aluminum wheel and your steel hub is of different metals. This is also harmless and goes away if you re-tighten the lugs on a regular basis. I change out summer and winter sets, so I don't have any clicking.

You SHOULD worry that your dealer has not seen this before. It means they don't sell many, or any Vs. Keep an eye out for them to ask to rotate your staggered wheels....politely say "no" and run away.
