Hi everyone,
New to joining the forum even though I've been lurking.

Ran into an issue with my 2014 2.5L ATS. It randomly started jerking after I put it in park one day. Felt like it was losing power at low speeds, kept jerking, and then went away after a minute.

Then I turned the car off, turned it back on and got P0011 code. Research tells me it might be a dirty camshaft solenoid but I'm not sure where it's located on the 2.5l version. I know on the 2.0T they're both up front but I didn't see any diagrams for the 2.5L.

Looking for any help in locating the solenoid(s) and/or any other help or insight you guys might have on this issue.

Edit: also, I changed the oil recently, not even 500km ago. Oil level still good.

Thanks in advance.

Other than having a turbo, the 2.5 and 2.0T are pretty identical. The solenoids on the 2.5 are in the exact same place (and I'm pretty sure they're the same units).

They’re located on the front of the engine. I changed mine last week in about 10 minutes. It’s simply removing the bolt, unplugging the old solenoid, and plugging in the new one.
