So my 2013 Cadillac ATS was backed into this past week. My driver headlight is cracked and now the LED strip isn’t work. This might be a dumb question but does the LED strip use a bulb? Or does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

If it's OEM I believe that strip is driven by an LED attached to the heatsink on the back of the housing towards the bottom. If the lens is cracked and if any of the internal components are damaged, your best bet might be to replace the whole thing. Separating the lens from the housing is very difficult, almost impossible without damaging the housing.

An LED is a light emiting diode. No bulbs. Maybe your problem is a broken wire. Hard to tell from my keyboard.
