I have a 2011 Cadillac CTS coupe 3.6 rwd I’m wondering if the engine is interference or non interference. The chain is pretty loose I’m betting it jumped.

Interference. The 2011 3.6 is the LLT motor.

Definitely interference. Fix it immediately.

If your engine is making bad sounds, it could be because the chains are about to skip; if they've already skipped, the sounds are usually really really bad - and short-lived.
