Thinking of replacing Drivers seat since mine is worn out color is wearing off and there is a slit in
the Leather I have found several in excellent condition is this just plug and play looks to be not bad to put in there are airbags in the seat is there any programing that has to be done etc....

I'd just have the one already on the car recovered. I'm sure that there's an upholstery shop in your area that does factory looking work.

You can most likely purchase the cover online from a GM parts store. I know my Lincoln front seat cover can be bought for a couple hundo.

Makes sense. We had one of the rear seat cushions replaced under warranty, and all they replaced was the foam padding. The seat covering (I'm not sure if it is actually leather or just vinyl) was reused. Conversely, I bet you can purchase the seat covering separate from the cushioning.

Thanks for the replies I found 2 seats but I am skeptical they are out of wrecks and who knows about the airbag in side

Here is the seat parts for a 2010 Luxury. Part #1. If you have different trim, modify the search. Why mess around with a whole used seat when for a couple hundred you can have a brand new seat cover that would only take a few minutes to replace?

adamjeeps thanks for link are these hard to install seat would probably have to come out the seat cushion without fan has been discontinued but they
have one with fan I wonder if this would fit.

The parts page shows bottom seat covers with fan and without The fan would be for heated/cooling seat, correct?
