You don't have to buy the expensive headlights from Cadillac. Go to RockAuto.com and get the headlights from them for $150 each and put some HID headlight bulbs into the housing and they will work fine.

I did put HID bulbs into my 2012 SRX and they were much better that we could even drive it at night. Ours came from Diode Dynamics but you can get them from a lot of places.

And Yes, my one headlight had moisture in it and even UNDER WARRANTY they refused to replace it. Said it wasn't "bad" enough for replacement. I did just finally after putting up with the moisture in there "intermittently" (all the time) and after trying to seal the headlights several times with tape and silicone, I replaced the headlight and now it's working good again. Not that the other one was dim or anything but the moisture wasn't helping the cause for better lighting.
So, replace your headlights with some aftermarket ones and put in HID's. You'll be amazed at how much better they work.
Steve who has had the HID's from Diode Dynamics in for over 3 years now with not one person flashing me due to adjusting them to a point where they were correct.
